Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Domestic shipping (within India)

Standard delivery

  • Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above.
  • Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping charge of ₹50.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch:
    • Metro cities: up to 3 business days
    • Tier 2 cities and outskirts: 5–7 business days

Express delivery

  • Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Express costs ₹150 per product pouch on orders below ₹3,999.
  • Express delivery is free on orders of ₹3,999 and above.
  • Select Express at checkout.

International shipping

  • We ship to selected countries. You'll see whether we deliver to your location when you enter your address at checkout.
  • Orders are sent through trusted international courier partners, with tracking on every parcel.
  • Shipping charges depend on your destination and parcel weight, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Duties and taxes (international orders)
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you won't have to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives. Occasionally customs authorities may inspect a parcel, which can add a few days to delivery.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, courier disruptions, customs inspections, or public holidays can cause delays beyond our control. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days (India) or 15 business days (international) of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery was refused, re-shipping charges will apply.
