What is moringa?
Moringa (drumstick tree, or murungai) is a plant whose leaves are naturally rich in plant protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It has been part of traditional Indian cooking for generations.
How do I use SWIIPD Moringa Leaf Powder?
Start with about half a teaspoon a day and increase gradually. Stir it into smoothies, juice, buttermilk, warm water, dal, chapati dough or dosa batter. Avoid cooking it at very high heat for long periods to keep its nutrients intact.
How do I prepare the Drumstick Soup Mix?
Mix the powder with hot water as directed on the pack, stir well and simmer briefly. Instructions are printed on every pouch.
How do I use the Moringa Idli & Dosa Podi?
Mix a spoonful with ghee or gingelly (sesame) oil and serve with idli, dosa, uttapam or hot rice.
When should I drink the Moringa Nutri-Mix?
Anytime you want clean, plant-based energy: as a breakfast drink, before or after a workout, or as an evening snack. Blend it with water or your choice of milk.

Is moringa safe for everyone?
Moringa is a food that most people enjoy daily. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication (for example for blood pressure, blood sugar or thyroid) or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before adding it to your routine.
How should I store the products?
Keep pouches tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon.
