Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are food items, we can't accept returns of opened or unopened products for reasons such as a change of mind or taste preference. This protects the safety and quality of every order we send out.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
We'll gladly make it right if your order:

  • arrived damaged or with a broken seal,
  • contains the wrong product, or
  • is past its best-before date on arrival.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s), whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the product back unless we ask you to.

Lost parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as lost, or it hasn't arrived within the timelines in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund after checking with the courier.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the amount. For international orders, refunds are made in the currency you paid in, and your bank's exchange rate may apply.

Setting up the express rate at checkout

Shopify's built-in shipping rates can't charge "₹150 per pouch" directly. Here's the closest setup, in Settings → Shipping and delivery → India zone.

  • Standard: add a ₹50 rate for orders from ₹0 to ₹498.99, and a ₹0 "Free Standard Shipping" rate for orders of ₹499 and up. Both are price-based conditions.
  • Express: add weight-based rates that step up ₹150 per pouch. If each pouch weighs about 200g packed, that's ₹150 up to 200g, ₹300 up to 400g, and so on. For this to work, every product's weight must be set correctly in its variant.
  • Free Express: add a separate price-based rate at ₹0 for orders of ₹3,999 and up.
